We were founded in January 2024 and are located on Victoria Street, Wellington New Zealand.

For each client we provide an in depth assessment with an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

A tailored management plan suited to your needs and goals is created with adequate follow up, as appropriate.

Our goal is to provide our community with long term self management models and strategies to enable you to do the things you love.
